Retention Widget

The retention widget provides a view of retentions customer/users acquisitions and retentions. It can be helpful in determining the impact of your customer journey efforts in customer retention and help you understand whether the product or services meets your customers’ expectations.

Some Retention Widget Use Cases Include:

  • Analyzing to identify the month, week, and day with poor retention.

  • Comparing retention across various devices or periods.
