The Account page is the first page you see when you Log in to Foxmetrics. Accounts in FoxMetrics represent specific businesses or users.

FoxMetrics allows multiple accounts. So a Retail firm, ABC Group could request separate accounts for each of its five divisions and all their accounts will appear on the account page. This way, each store can operate separate accounts all assessable to the business executives.

If you need an additional account, contact your FoxMetrics Account Manager to set it up for you.

Editing an Account

The owners of each account can edit them to change the name or update the account description.

  1. To do this, login to your account.

  2. On the account page, click the edit button on the account you want to modify.

  3. Enter a new name/description

  4. Click Submit.
